Quasar is a full function, stand-alone business accounting package. With the proper licensing you can configure Quasar to have remote access via both LAN and/or WAN. Currently the Quasar server runs on just Linux but a Windows version of the server will be released shortly. There is both a Linux version and a Windows version of the Quasar Accounting client.
